Having dealt with my fair share of bugs (both figurative and literal), and having worked at a weighbridge for over a summer University vacation, I can appreciate this story of the challenges of 24&#215;7 support doubly so.<\/p>\n<p>It also has relevance to system and backup administrators \u2013 that being that no matter how simply you design systems, there&#8217;s always a chance you won&#8217;t think of every contingency.
