I&#8217;ve asked mostly\u00a0the same questions as before, but this time I&#8217;ve expanded the survey to ask a few extra questions about\u00a0<em>what<\/em> you&#8217;re recovering as well.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d really appreciate if you can take a\u00a0few minutes to complete the survey\u00a0using your best estimates.\u00a0I&#8217;ll be running this survey until 31 August and will publish\u00a0the\u00a0results by mid-September.<\/p>\n<p><em>The survey has now closed.
