Since most backup administrators are either system administrators or come from system administration roles, and since I started out in system administration, I think this is a great day.<\/p>\n<p>Remember: system administrators often work tirelessly in the background, without getting noticed. In fact many system administrators often don&#8217;t get noticed until there&#8217;s a problem!<\/p>\n<p>So please, take some time on July 31 to say thanks to your system administrators for all the hard work they&#8217;ve put in over the last twelve months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 31 is System Administrator Appreciation day.
