With 19.3 you got the option to do a file-browsed recovery from block-based backups and a named-file recovery from traditional filesystem backups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">If you&#8217;re new to NetWorker: This refers to the functionality within the NWUI, <em>not<\/em> NetWorker&#8217;s overall functionality. NetWorker has always offered among the most comprehensive file recovery options possible. While NWUI&#8217;s features are developing, don&#8217;t be afraid to check out the CLI or even the legacy NMC console.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NetWorker 19.4 has continued the evolution of the HTML NWUI with the introduction of indexed file recovery from standard filesystem backups as well. By default, you&#8217;ll see columns of <em>Save Time<\/em>, <em>Media Type<\/em>, <em>Availability<\/em> and <em>Block Based Backup<\/em>. Here you can either just type a path, or browse to one. If you type in a path that doesn&#8217;t exist, it&#8217;ll be created for you for the recovery.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are advanced recovery options, should you need them, but in this case I didn&#8217;t, so with the recovery destination details supplied I clicked <em>Next<\/em>.
